1. Do you deliver on Weekends?

No, we only deliver Monday to Friday.

2. What time will my package arrive?

We aim to deliver as soon as possible but the latest dispatch time is 6pm.

3. Can I track my delivery?

Yes, once your order is confirmed we will send a tracking link to your email.

4. Can I order a product more than once to increase the quantity?

No, you can only order one option of a product per day, see maximum order quantity on product pages, this is to ensure we can help all customers.

4. Can I order more than one product in the same order?

Yes, you can order as many products as required in one order making sure to adhere to the maximum order quantity.

5. What if my files are not correctly supplied?

If your files are not supplied as required we will contact you to re-supply and the delivery will be delayed until the next day.
